Great customer service; only thing you need to watch out for is used game discs. ALWAYS check for any scratches before you leave the store. I wasn't able to return a used game because of a scratch.

Provided wrong info on phone about item availability. Informed me that they had the console I am looking for in Stock only to have me drive 20 minutes and tell me they actually don't have it.
