Game stop has awful customer service. The last three times I have been there I got broken or empty games and systems... The first time I got three games. They ended up not putting any of the games in the cases. the 2ND time they failed to give me the correct chord for the x-box 360 I received for Christmas. Thank you game stop for ruining my Christmas. After I went in and got the chord replaced when I got home I plugged in the X-box only to realize that it was RED RINGED. My opinion is that if your counting on good service and getting working games then go somewhere other than game stop.
