I loved this store! They gave me great deals on my original Xbox games I traded in for Xbox 360 games when nobody else in San Diego even takes the originals anymore. The staff was friendly and helpful in recommending new games for me and honest about game they though weren't worth playing. Other stores have told me games were good and they turned out like crap after I bought them. All my roommates shop here now for SNES and Atari 2600 games. WE LOVE LUNA!!!

Do not EVER go to this store. I am in complete disbelief at the unprofessional and hostile work environment that they have at this store. My brother recently stopped in to trade in 3 or 4 video games in great condition and an XBox. The store offered him $10 for everything; which he obviously turned down and said the offer was a joke for what he had. Apparently the store manager was very rude and called my brother a "dick" because of this (I am sure my brother was not pleasant after this - but he certainly did not go over the top or do anything overly rude according to the other people who were with him) When my brother got home, he called the store to speak with a manager because he thought the employee's behavior had been extremely inappropriate. The same employee who had "helped" him earlier refused to give him a supervisor's name or number and was very rude during the entire call. My brother then called him a "deuchebag" (very child like, I know - but what can you expect from a teenager? And hungup) - yes; i heard this whole conversation and my brother did not say anything rude until that point when he hungup. The store employee than called our house and threatened my brother by saying "Come down here and finish this like a man". He then hungup - I'm sorry; since when is it ever appropriate to call a customers house with a threat of fighting them? In customer service you are going to get rude people (althouth I don't even think my brother's actions were any more rude or inappropriate than the store employees), and that comes with the job unfortunately... You don't call their house and threaten them. My mother than called the store back (as she had also heard the whole thing) and asked why the employee thought it was OK to dow hat he did. The employee then tried to deny what he said (even though we had all heard the whole conversation). Shortly after the owner of this store called to DEFEND his employees actions. Now given, I'm sure the employee completely lied about what had actually happened, but we quickly explained everything to the owner - and he still defended him. On what planet do you defend a store employee (apparently the manager of that store) calling a customer's home and threatening them? Regardless of how "rude" they thought the customer acted. In my opinion both parties were wrong with the name calling and being rude to each other; however, under no circumstances should you EVER call a personal home with a threat. I will never go back to this store regardless of if the employee is fired for the mere fact that the owner seemed to think his actions were OK. I strongly encourage you to stay away.
