Terrible....three times have I pre-ordered games, and three times they have found a way to mess up the pre-order. It baffles me as to how they can achieve this. The most recent incident was the most anticipated release in gaming history: Modern Warfare 2. I pre-ordered the Xbox 360 hardened edition, then went in to pay it in full a day prior to release. As I go in to pick my item up, somehow they manage to manage to switch my pre-order to the PS3 version!!! I remind them and show them my receipt claiming that it is a Xbox 360 edition and they deny any wrong doing. Tell me how the hell am I the one that's gonna be able to tap into their system and switch the order. Whats worse is that I couldn't even get the right edition after all errors that they could not even give me a copy because everyone else got their orders right.
